We bring healthcare, road-safety training and financial security to India's truck drivers, and we partner with corporates to fund and scale that work on the ground.
India records more road-crash deaths than any other country, and trucks and commercial vehicles are involved in a disproportionate share of fatal crashes. The drivers who keep the nation's supply chains moving are among its most overworked and underserved workers.
Most of these crashes are caused by human error and fatigue, which means they are preventable.

HumSafer Driver Safety Foundation is a not-for-profit working to make India's roads safer and improve the lives of the country's truck drivers, one of the largest yet most underserved segments of the national workforce.
Our board and promoters come from the transportation industry, giving the Foundation an unusually close, first-hand understanding of drivers' lives. Programmes are delivered by a dedicated on-ground team with field coordinators stationed at transport hubs and logistics yards.

We support a driver's health, safety and financial stability as one integrated model, not in isolation.
OPD medical camps and free-medicine distribution for truck drivers, delivered with anchor donor Gulf Oil. Every driver gets a check-up, medicines and health awareness, at no cost.
On-ground awareness and training sessions at logistics yards and transport hubs, sustained even through difficult monsoon conditions. With 9 in 10 drivers untrained, this prevents crashes before they happen.
Equipping drivers with the knowledge and tools to manage and grow their money, and bringing them into formal financial services for the first time.
A fixed on-ground centre at a truck terminus or transport hub that delivers all three pillars together: health, safety and financial inclusion under one roof.
This is the scalable unit a corporate funds through CSR: a measurable, branded, end-to-end driver-welfare programme in a single location.
HumSafer already delivers on the ground, with a real history of camps, training and crisis response behind it.
OPD camps and free medicines for drivers, delivered with our anchor donor Gulf Oil. This is our flagship, ongoing health programme.
Free vaccination drives for HCV drivers and the #DriveForOxygen campaign during the pandemic. When drivers kept India supplied, we kept them protected.
Sustained road-safety sessions at yards and hubs, meeting drivers where they work rather than asking them to come to us.
Bilingual (English & Hindi) outreach and “हमsafer” creatives, built so the people we serve actually understand and trust us.
आपका साथी, आपके साथ. Your companion, by your side.
